1. Digital Services
Germany IPTV provides digital subscription services delivered electronically after payment confirmation and account activation.
2. Service Delivery
Subscription credentials and activation information are delivered electronically through email, customer accounts, or approved communication channels.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- The service cannot be delivered.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- A technical issue directly caused by our system prevents activation.
- An order cannot be fulfilled by our service.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available when:
- Service credentials have been delivered.
- The subscription has been activated.
- The customer changes their mind after activation.
- The customer’s device, network, internet connection, VPN, ISP, or local configuration causes service issues.
- The customer fails to follow installation instructions.
- Service interruptions are caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5. Technical Support Requirement
Customers experiencing technical difficulties must contact support and allow reasonable troubleshooting before a refund request can be reviewed.
6. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of future subscription renewals before the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for services already delivered.
8. Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
